Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment.
- Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assisting with stock checks and cycle counts.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
