Responsibilities:
- Preparing shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Coordinating with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintaining organized shipping records and files.
- Ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Following strict Safety guidelines and utilizing required PPE for all tasks.
- Assisting with inventory verification for outbound orders.
- Communicating effectively with internal departments and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in shipping software and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting as needed for preparing shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
