*What You'll Do*
* Deliver comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
* Provide a full range of restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures.
* Work with skilled hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment.
* Educate patients clearly and compassionately to ensure trust and understanding.
* Maintain precise and compliant clinical records.
* Stay current with continuing education and advancements in dental technology.
What We Offer
* Competive pay: $200,000 - $350,000+ per year (base or % of production, whichever is higher)

What We're Looking For
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active (or eligible) Georgia dental license
* Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality dentistry
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience or interest in expanding clinical skills (implants, cosmetic, airway, etc.)

*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
* Provide a range of treatments including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures in general dentistry.
* Execute specialized procedures in prosthodontics and oral surgery as needed.
* Deliver exceptional patient care by explaining treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress.
* Work collaboratively with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient experience.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental techniques and technologies to provide the best care possible.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
* Proven experience in patient care with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with medical documentation practices within a dental clinic setting.
* Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
* Experience in four-handed dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
