Our Indianapolis, Indiana facility is seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our logistics team. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. You will use scanning technology or pick sheets to identify items and ensure correct quantities are selected, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also part of your role. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE are required. This position involves substantial physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively. Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial, but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
