Join our vibrant logistics team as an Order Picker in Los Angeles, California! We are seeking efficient and accurate individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products correctly and on time. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating items using pick lists or scanners, and ensuring the quality and quantity of picked goods. A commitment to Safety, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and condition of items before picking.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Stage orders in designated areas for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods as needed.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A commitment to following Safety guidelines rigorously.
