Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory using scanning technology.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Must be able to handle lifting and moving of products up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety regulations. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks. Basic knowledge of logistics procedures is beneficial.
