Our growing logistics facility in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory, carefully packaging them, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Package products with care and accuracy, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Ensure all orders are accurately assembled and inspected before shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation to packages correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station and surrounding work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory management tasks such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse duties is preferred. Ability to interpret product codes and instructions accurately. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds. Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting. Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members. Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
