You will be expected to follow all established procedures, including the proper use of PPE, and adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and moving of items. We provide thorough training on our picking systems and warehouse layout. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order lists
- Scan and verify picked items
- Pack items securely for shipment
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping
- Maintain an organized and clean picking area
- Operate pallet jacks and other picking equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Report any discrepancies or damages
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an order picker is a plus
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
