Job Summary:
Are you meticulous and organized? We're looking for an Inventory Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas, to play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. You will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with stock rotation. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Record inventory data accurately using scanning equipment and WMS.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or excess inventory.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
  • Implement stock rotation procedures (e.g., FIFO).
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Support the logistics team by providing accurate inventory information.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and scanning equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including some Lifting of inventory items.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting.
