Seeking an efficient Order Picker for our Des Moines, Iowa facility. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive the correct items accurately and promptly. Your daily tasks will involve navigating the warehouse, utilizing a handheld scanner or pick list to locate and retrieve specified products. You'll meticulously verify quantities and product codes to maintain inventory integrity and customer satisfaction. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Preparing picked items for the next stage of the shipping process, such as staging or hand-off to packing, is also a responsibility. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety procedures, including the consistent use of PPE . This position requires physical exertion, including consistent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to identify and retrieve products.

- Participate in inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
