Join our expanding distribution center in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and delivered to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves.
- Dedication to maintaining a high level of workplace Safety.
