Your tasks will encompass receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, including unloading and verifying contents.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items using scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for dispatch.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, emphasizing Safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and vests.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety standards.
