Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed from start to finish. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your contribution is vital to our success in delivering exceptional service to our customers. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and comprehensive safety training.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Verify order details against packed items and shipping labels.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all established safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
