Join our fast-paced warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada as an Order Picker! You will play a crucial role in our logistics network by accurately fulfilling customer orders. This position requires precision, speed, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that every order is picked correctly and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you are the first step in getting our products to our customers, making your contribution essential to our supply chain. We prioritize safety and provide all necessary training and equipment to ensure a secure working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders using a handheld scanner and order sheets.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Stage completed orders for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas and equipment.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Report any damages, shortages, or operational issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Capability to perform tasks involving significant physical exertion, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Must be able to remain active for the duration of the shift, including standing and walking.
