Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or electronic systems.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before moving to the next stage.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned picking zones.
- Stage completed orders for consolidation and outbound shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all warehouse Safety regulations and procedures.
- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting and carrying products, up to 40 lbs.
- Support the overall Logistics workflow of the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Capability for moderate manual Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of general warehouse Safety procedures.
