We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your tasks will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also be involved in receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse. A strong commitment to Safety is non-negotiable; all employees must adhere to established protocols and consistently wear the required PPE to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. This position requires physical stamina as it involves considerable Lifting , standing, walking, and manual dexterity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the fulfillment center.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all Safety procedures and utilize required PPE .
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting and physical movement.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the facility.
