Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! This role is integral to our supply chain, ensuring that products move smoothly from our facility to our customers. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a wide range of duties within the warehouse environment. This includes receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be expected to operate various types of warehouse equipment, ensuring that all items are handled with care and precision. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety standards and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves consistent Lifting, bending, and standing throughout your shift. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Our logistics operations depend on the dedication of our warehouse staff. You will be part of a supportive team environment where collaboration and efficiency are key. Training will be provided on specific warehouse procedures and equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Unload shipments, inspect goods for damage, and accurately record inventory.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and ensure accuracy of items selected.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and use provided PPE diligently.
- Contribute to team goals for efficiency and order fulfillment.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting and a commitment to excellent customer service through efficient logistics. The ability to handle substantial Lifting is essential.
