We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely is a key part of the job. Your commitment to Safety is crucial; you will be required to follow all company Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and reflective vests. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization of inventory.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all mandated PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and following established guidelines.
