Join our fast-paced logistics team in New York City, New York, as a Fulfillment Associate. We are seeking energetic individuals to support our e-commerce operations by accurately picking and packing orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating products, meticulously preparing them for shipment, and ensuring that all orders meet our quality standards. This role is essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be working with advanced warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices. The position requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all associates must adhere to strict safety protocols and correctly utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE). We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, efficient, and possess a positive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of logistics.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack merchandise safely and securely for shipping.
- Verify order details against items picked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus. Understanding of safety regulations and PPE is required.
