Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Boston, Massachusetts! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our extensive **Logistics** operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a range of responsibilities from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. You will be integral to ensuring inventory accuracy and upholding our stringent **Safety** standards. This position requires physical stamina and a proactive approach to **Safety**.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with precision.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for shipment.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
  • Strictly adhere to all **Safety** protocols and regulations, including the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of **Logistics** by meeting productivity goals.
  • This role requires **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to push/pull heavier loads.
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or **Logistics** environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse **Logistics**, inventory control, and **Safety** procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** repetitively throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to wear all required **PPE**, including safety footwear and high-visibility clothing.
  • A strong commitment to **Safety** and operational excellence is essential.
