We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Dallas, Texas facility. This is a versatile role where you will perform various tasks essential to our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be a key player in our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a reliable and hardworking individual with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
