Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Accurately pick products based on order specifications, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas, ready for carrier pickup.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts if certified.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting to maintain data integrity.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including workstations and common areas.
  • Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Assist with the organization of stock and ensure proper storage rotation.
  • Support warehouse supervisors and colleagues in achieving operational targets.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
  • Help optimize our logistics processes through efficient workflow management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle physical demands, including consistent Lifting of goods up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
  • Commitment to wearing all necessary PPE.
  • Punctuality and a dependable work ethic are essential.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
