We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution hub. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, accurately placing items into storage, efficiently picking products to fulfill orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position involves considerable physical activity, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse for your entire shift. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and you will be required to strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
