Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Retrieve products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Package items securely for safe transportation.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Support inventory management activities.
- Keep the workspace neat and orderly.
- Comply with all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing and walking.
- Willingness to perform lifting tasks (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
