Your responsibilities will include operating various types of forklifts, loading and unloading trailers, and transporting materials. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Transport goods within the warehouse according to production and shipping schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified forklift operator with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime as needed.
