You will work collaboratively with various departments to optimize stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure product availability. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety ; adherence to all guidelines and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. This role involves hands-on inventory verification, which may include lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and contributing to operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supporting our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective inventory control strategies.
  • Perform comprehensive inventory counts and audits.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for inventory issues.
  • Manage and maintain inventory management software.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with physical inventory tasks, including potential lifting .
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform physical inventory tasks, including lifting .
  • Commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards and using PPE .
