This is a versatile role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key part in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring that our products are handled with care from arrival to departure. This role is integral to our logistics process and contributes directly to customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a team to meet daily operational goals and maintain a high standard of productivity. The position requires physical stamina, involving frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. Safety is our top priority, and all associates must strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities include: Receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents. Stocking shelves and organizing inventory. Picking and packing customer orders accurately. Preparing orders for shipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Operating warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks). Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. Wearing designated PPE at all times. Assisting with inventory counts and checks. Contributing to overall team efficiency and productivity.
