Are you looking for a dynamic role in Seattle, Washington? We are hiring an Order Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and attention to detail are crucial to our logistics success. This role involves navigating the warehouse, using scanning technology, and ensuring that orders are picked correctly and efficiently. We prioritize Safety and provide a supportive environment for our team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Organize picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory as needed.
- Follow all guidelines for Lifting and moving products.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse logistics.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety.
