This position is vital to our ability to deliver products to customers quickly and accurately, forming a key part of our logistics chain. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will utilize various warehouse technologies, such as RF scanners, to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory control processes, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Must be capable of consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Follow instructions and work diligently to meet quality and performance standards.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
