Job Summary:
Our Distribution Center in Detroit, Michigan is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team. This role is integral to ensuring that products are processed and dispatched efficiently to meet customer demands. You will play a key part in the entire supply chain process, from receiving goods to preparing them for final delivery. We are committed to fostering a safe and productive workplace, and we seek individuals who share these values. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of teamwork. Key responsibilities include:
  • Receiving and verifying incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
  • Stocking shelves and organizing inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Selecting and retrieving products for outbound shipments using order pick lists or scanners.
  • Assembling and packaging customer orders with care and precision.
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Conducting inventory counts and assisting with cycle counting processes.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety .
We require all associates to use designated PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor. This position involves substantial Lifting of packages, some of which may be heavy. Prior experience in a distribution or Logistics environment is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide thorough training.
