We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics hub in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping finished orders. Key responsibilities include picking and packing items, organizing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring all safety standards are met. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a strong commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE, will be essential. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Process and prepare outgoing orders for delivery.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory management and audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for lifting up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and the use of provided PPE.
