Join our bustling warehouse as an Order Picker in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders using handheld scanners and order lists. This role is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You'll navigate the warehouse, locate products, and prepare them for packing and shipment. A good sense of direction and the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy are key. We emphasize a strong commitment to workplace Safety , and all necessary PPE will be provided. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Understanding the flow of goods within a Logistics environment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order documentation.
- Transport picked items to the packing and staging areas.
- Replenish stock in picking locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management principles.
