We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to efficient inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders accurately, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be expected to follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working atmosphere for yourself and your colleagues. The role also involves frequent lifting and physical activity. We value teamwork and encourage a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately put away incoming stock.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
