This role is essential to our distribution network, ensuring that goods are handled with care and precision. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and teamwork. We are dedicated to creating a secure and positive work atmosphere for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
