We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Austin, Texas warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with inventory management. Your efforts will be crucial to the efficiency of our **logistics** operations. You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, adhering strictly to **safety** protocols. This position requires the ability to perform heavy **lifting**, up to 50 lbs, and maintain a high level of physical stamina. We provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and ensure all necessary **PPE** is available and used correctly. A strong commitment to **safety** is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and into warehouse storage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Move materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Perform heavy **lifting** and manual material handling.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and utilize provided **PPE**.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the overall **logistics** and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy **lifting** and manual tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and material flow.
- Strong commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** usage.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
