Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Package items securely, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to optimize workflow.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all logistics and shipping guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is preferred.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
