Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items from warehouse stock using pick lists or electronic devices.
- Pack products carefully, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
- Conduct thorough checks to confirm order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, contributing to overall safety.
- Strictly follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory verification activities.
- Achieve assigned daily quotas for picking and packing activities.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues encountered.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and teamwork.
- Execute all logistics and shipping tasks according to company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended shifts.
- Ability to handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Competency in basic reading and arithmetic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Dedication to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
