Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all outbound shipping orders and related documentation.
- Coordinate with various shipping carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy in package labeling, addresses, and tracking information.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of shipping supplies.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards for shipping.
- Operate shipping station equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including lifting and material handling within safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a shipping clerk or similar logistics role.
- Familiarity with various shipping software and carrier portals.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Physical capability for occasional lifting and moving of packages.
