Über

We are seeking a full-time, employee for a client seeking to add a Graphics Designer to their team. This role is located in the deep SE of Calgary and is required on-site daily. Events will often take place on evenings and weekend and the successful candidate must be available for these.



Graphic & Digital Asset Production

  • Work with the team to create compelling visual assets, including promotional materials, social media graphics, advertisements, and event branding.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content as needed.
  • Manage and maintain an organized digital library of graphic and visual assets.

Market Research & Online Presence

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design strategies and enhance audience engagement.
  • Monitor online interactions and respond to comments in alignment with brand voice and customer service guidelines.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and content, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on engagement metrics and audience behavior.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sports, events, or sponsorship marketing is a plus.
