Role Summary
Agrocrop Exports Ltd. is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll help coordinate international orders, prepare the necessary documentation, and make sure everything runs smoothly from our facility to destinations around the world. You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and solutions with a friendly, professional touch. Working closely with teams in Planning, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations, you’ll play an important part in delivering the quality and service Agrocrop is known for.
This role reports to Supervisor, Order Fulfillment and collaborates with Planning, Quality Assurance, Plant Manager and Supply Chain team members.
What you will be doing?
- Receive customer orders and enter them accurately into the system
- Check product availability and notify customers of any discrepancies, such as shortages or shipment delays
- Review inventory levels and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules, updating the shipping schedule as needed
- ·Arrange Phytosanitary Certificates in coordination with the QA team
- Prepare pick lists and ensure all orders are shipped as scheduled
- Prepare and distribute Customs Invoices and related documentation
- File hard copies of key documents (Invoices, Bills of Lading, Picking Sheets, POs, and Customs Invoices) by customer for company records
- Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments, including pricing, scheduling, quote comparisons, and contracts
- Maintain and update CHEP pallet records and post information on the CHEP Pallets website
- Monitor cross-border shipments, check FDA status, and keep customers informed
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and service
- Greet guests and notify relevant team members upon their arrival
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ proven working experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or in a related position
- Working knowledge of MS Suite – especially in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience with MS Power BI is an asset
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Inventory Management
- Manufacturing experience is an asset

Salary Range: CA$58,000.00 - CA$62,000.00 per year
