This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Estimator based in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Senior Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, assessing project requirements, reviewing architectural and engineering plans, sourcing materials, and ensuring precise and competitive quotes. The role entails collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of construction costs and industry trends. The Senior Civil Estimator will also provide input on budgeting and cost control.

• Proficiency in construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong familiarity with civil engineering principles, construction materials, and methods.
• Experience with project management tools and software related to cost estimation.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of local construction standards, regulations, and codes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise and accurate estimates under deadlines.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in the construction industry or within related roles is an asset.
