To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
Additional requirement :
- Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for day today support and development including business process configuration, data upload EIB, testing and other troubleshooting support – specifically for Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Time absence
- Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience.
- Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes
- Assists with Workday biannual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, modules, business processes, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis
- Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, Studio, PICOF, PECI
- Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project
- Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration
- Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment
- Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces integrations as well as custom reportsdashboards
- Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.
- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
