This is an exciting opportunity for a securities associate, a new call to five-year lawyer from a national or boutique firm, who is seeking hands-on mentorship, direct client exposure, and an entrepreneurial setting where your contributions will be visible and valued.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a wide range of transactional matters, including:

• Private placements and IPOs
• Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
• Continuous disclosure compliance
• Stock exchange listings and regulatory filings
