About the Role

At Loblaw, we take pride in helping Canadians live life well. We are looking for a Pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a community-oriented pharmacy environment. You will be part of a broader Health & Wellness model that includes Pharmacy, Dietitian, Medical and Optical services.

This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for accurate prescription dispensing, clinical counselling, and delivering high-quality service to patients and providers.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and on time
  • Maintain appropriate prescription and OTC inventory levels
  • Provide proactive counselling and patient education
  • Help build community trust through health awareness initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Manage operational costs effectively
  • Support training and development for pharmacy team members

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacist license (Ontario)
  • Strong professionalism and customer-service approach
  • Leadership and coaching ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Community engagement mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Experience with KROLL or HealthWatch is an asset
