Über
Our client, a leading insurance company, is undergoing major modernization and transformation initiatives. They are seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional change, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from planning through execution and completion
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, deliverables, and governance requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures
- Prepare clear status updates and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Oversee change management activities to ensure successful adoption across teams
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and identify areas for optimization
- Develop or refine project templates, tools, documentation, and reporting mechanisms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience in insurance, financial services, government, or large enterprise environments is an asset
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
