Role: AEM Developer - Full Stack Developer

Experience: 6-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to support business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content authors, business stakeholders, QA) to deliver robust web solutions.
• Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs to extend platform capabilities.
• Optimize website performance, scalability, and security by following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations, deployments, and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Stay current with AEM updates, web technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, and related modules.
• Strong experience with Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Ability to work in Agile, Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities.
