Little Rock Farm Trucking is a family-owned company that’s been on the road for over 30 years. We’re based in Walkerton, ON, with a yard in Okotoks, AB, and we service routes across Canada and the USA.

The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Dispatch, Safety, and Administration teams. This role ensures our trucks, drivers, and office stay on schedule, on budget, and in compliance. You’ll provide leadership, improve efficiency, and keep communication flowing between drivers, office staff, and management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer service - ensuring pickups and deliveries are on time, communication is clear, and every interaction is professional, friendly, and informed
• Manage Dispatch (Highway & Regional), Safety, and Administration teams — from staffing and training to retention and daily operations
• Oversee schedules, compliance, and reporting
• Support staff with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
• Monitor fleet utilization and drive efficiency improvement
