Law Clerk / Paralegal

We are seeking a law clerk or paralegal with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in personal injury to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with tort files, are a self-starter, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage undertakings, production requests, and summaries of productions
• Draft legal documents (AOD, NOE, etc.)
• File management
• Correspond with third parties and clients
• Schedule Examinations for Discovery, mediations, and other proceedings
• Effectively track deadlines and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a law clerk or paralegal in a personal injury law firm
• Strong understanding of tort and the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient drafting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision
• Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and client service skills
