• Off site manufacturing
• Onsite installation
• Material supply packages
• Tower crane supply and set up

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Maple Ridge, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for wood frame projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project-related documents. Day-to-day tasks also include material take offs, consulting with clients and vendors, preparing bid proposals, and assisting in project budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant technology tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience in construction estimation or a related field is preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of wood frame materials and methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Stack estimating software
