Cladding Estimator

About the Role:

As a Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing precise and competitive tenders for large-scale commercial and industrial building envelope projects. You’ll play a key role in Bothwell’s continued growth by identifying cost efficiencies and collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns for cladding and façade systems.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and materials.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize design and cost outcomes.
• Support project teams with handover documentation and project transitions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cladding or façade estimating.
• Strong understanding of architectural metals, panels, and envelope assemblies.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
